They are currently seeking a talented junior to midlevel lawyer to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with highly regarded partners. The ideal candidate will have foundational training from a top-tier law firm, 1+ PQE with strong experience in M&A and Private Equity matters. Although Chinese language capabilities are advantageous, they are not mandatory.
