Mid-Senior Secondaries Lawyer
Our client is a prestigious top-tier US law firm with a strong focus on the funds sector.
They are currently seeking a talented Secondaries Lawyer to join their dynamic funds team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with highly regarded partners known for their extensive expertise and commitment to fostering a collaborative environment. The role is the first of a kind for them, giving the lawyer strong upward progression.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) gained from a top law firm, with a strong background in secondaries transactions.
As the firm continues to expand its Secondaries offering in Asia, this role offers excellent development prospects and the opportunity to engage in exciting cross-border transactions.
Key Requirements
• At least 6PQE in secondaries transactions.
• Experience from a top-tier law firm.
• Chinese language capabilities are advantageous but not mandatory.
