We are instructed on an opportunity with an international bank who are expanding their legal presence in Asia. This role will sit in the Global Markets documentation team and will be negotiating and executing master trading documentation. Documents include ISDA, NAFMII, GMRA, GMSLA and Future Agreements.
This is an excellent opportunity for any candidates with global markets documentation experience who would be interested in joining an international bank who are continually expanding their business in Asia.
Candidates should ideally be legally qualified with 2-8 years of experience negotiating master agreements.
