Bianca Lo

Director (Technology)

Bianca is an experienced finance technology headhunter who has joined Ashford Benjamin to establish the firm’s Technology practice. 

Since her career in executive search began in 2017, she has built a strong track record of placing technologists and quants across major sell-side, buy-side, crypto, and tech firms in Asia.

Her background in the tech industry includes serving as the first Sales hire and Head of Talent at an early-stage crypto gaming startup, where she has been a key contributor up until the company got acquired.

Bianca has a keen ability to understand complex technical requirements from clients and to identify talent to meet those needs. By constantly learning about the latest languages and frameworks, she effectively matches technologists with opportunities that align with their interests and skillsets.

She read Economics and graduated with distinction from New York University in 2011.

Deborah Tsun

Senior Consultant (Technology)

Deborah brings four years of specialized experience in technology recruitment within financial services, connecting top-tier global tech talent across all seniority levels with quantitative hedge funds, trading firms, and fintechs.

A graduate of The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a degree in English, Deborah transitioned into tech recruitment driven by a passion for human potential and the evolving impact of technology on industry.

Her approach rests on authentic relationships and sharp market insight—taking the time to understand the distinct goals of candidates and clients alike to deliver seamless, high-impact placements.

Sarah Fan

Consultant (Technology)

Sarah is a Quant and Technology Recruitment Consultant at Ashford Benjamin, where she specialises in placing high-calibre professionals in front-office research and trading positions.

Since beginning her recruitment career in 2022, she has cultivated an exceptional network of both candidates and clients. Sarah quickly distinguished herself as a top performer, consistently demonstrating diligence, integrity, and a commitment to providing valuable market insights.

Her expertise and relationship-building skills will be instrumental in advancing Ashford Benjamin’s strategic expansion into the technology market.

Prior to her career in recruitment, Sarah earned a Master of Science in International Hospitality. She subsequently honed her exceptional interpersonal skills in the high-end hospitality sector. She is a native Mandarin speaker, originally from Nanjing.

Wisely Collin

Consultant (Technology)

Wisely specialises in technology and quantitative recruitment, with a focus on trading technology development and platform engineering mandates at leading financial institutions. He takes a relationship-led approach to building high performing teams in finance technology, having placed technologists across banks, hedge funds, prop trading firms and cryptocurrency exchanges.

Originally from Indonesia, Wisely is fluent in Bahasa and English, and conversational in Mandarin. He holds a degree in Marketing and Communications from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. Prior to recruitment, he worked in business development across medical and industrial sectors, and worked in business transformation consulting.

Outside of work, Wisely enjoys boxing, vibe coding and building his own mechatronics projects in Python and C++.
