Our client is a prestigious international law firm, with a strong presence in the APAC market.
They are currently seeking a talented junior to midlevel lawyer to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a mix of Funds work and Regulatory Advisory, with hands-on training provided. You will have the chance to work on a broad range of matters alongside top-tier Asset Managers, Fintech Platforms, and Large Financial Institutions.
The ideal candidate will have foundational training at another leading law firm, ideally with 2-6 years of PQE in Funds and Regulatory Matters. They are also open to Funds lawyers looking to gain further regulatory experience, or regulatory lawyers wanting to gain funds experience.
While experience is valued, the firm is also committed to training and mentoring lawyers eager to expand their knowledge and skills in this area. Chinese language capabilities are preferred.
As the firm actively expands its footprint in Asia, this role offers strong development prospects and the chance to be involved in exciting cross-border transactions.
