The firm manages a substantial AUM and has delivered consistently strong returns over the past decade. With an active investment strategy across a wide range of sectors and asset classes, the firm is now seeking to hire a mid-level lawyer with solid M&A and Private Equity deal experience.
Requirements:
• 4–8 years’ PQE, with training at a Magic Circle or leading US law firm
• Proven experience running cross-border M&A and Private Equity transactions
• A genuine interest in building a long-term in-house legal career within the asset management sector
