They are looking for a Production Support Engineer to join their dynamic APAC team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Support: Provide hands-on support for trading systems, market data, and infrastructure.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor and troubleshoot production issues across trading tools and market access platforms.
- System Validation: Perform daily pre-market checks and ensure system stability.
- Automation: Automate operational tasks and contribute to tool development.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with developers and traders to resolve issues and improve processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in production support, ideally in trading/financial services.
- Scripting Skills: Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Technical Stack: Experience with Linux/Windows administration and SQL databases.
- Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of trading systems, market data, or electronic trading infrastructure.
- Mindset: Proactive mindset, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cloud Exposure: Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Crypto Familiarity: Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets.
