I am working with a leading international law firm that is looking to add a junior to mid-level associate to its established Public M&A and Listed Company Compliance team. The group continues to see strong deal flow and is expanding further due to its busy pipeline and regional growth.
The team advises on high-profile Public M&A matters, listed company compliance, and cross-border transactions, working closely with other offices across key Asian jurisdictions. You will be exposed to a broad range of corporate work in a collaborative and well-supported environment.
The ideal candidate will have between 1–3 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate or M&A matters, gained from a leading international or top-tier local law firm. Prior experience in Public M&A or Listed Company Compliance work is required, and full training and development will be provided.
Chinese language capabilities are required for this role, given the firm’s client base and deal profile.
