- Market Making: Price and trade a range of financial instruments.
- Risk & Execution: Manage execution and risk for trading portfolios.

- Quantitative Research: Research new market opportunities and contribute to developing innovative trading models.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Background: A recent graduate with 0-3 years of work experience.
- Education: A Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.).
- Core Drive: A genuine passion for financial markets and competition. No prior trading knowledge is required—we will teach you.
- Technical Edge: Proficiency in Python or C++ is highly preferred.
- Quantitative Aptitude: Exceptional numerical, analytical, and mathematical skills.
- Mindset: A personality that is competitive yet collegial, driven, entrepreneurial, and a strong communicator.
- Growth & Resilience: Intense curiosity, a love for continuous learning, and the ability to perform under pressure.
