Our client is a renowned international hedge fund with an established and supportive legal team.
They are looking to hire a PRC specialist lawyer to support their ongoing expansion into mainland China, to be based in Hong Kong.
The role will cover a broad range of general corporate advisory / commercial work, with a focus on the application of PRC regulations to the business.
You will be a strong lawyer with extensive experience related to advising on PRC law issues, ideally in regard to financial services companies. A PRC legal qualification is not required but thorough knowledge of PRC regulations and best corporate practice is important. Mandarin language skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
