We are instructed on a new role with an international bank who are looking to expand their global markets legal team, based in Hong Kong.
This hire will join the Equities Legal team and be advising on OTC Derivatives, Structured Products and Regulatory matters. The role will have coverage of multiple jurisdictions across APAC including Hong Kong and Taiwan.
This is an excellent opportunity for any mid-level structured products and derivatives lawyer to transition in-house with a top tier name covering an interesting mix of work.
Candidates should ideally be 4+PQE, trained at an international law firm with experience in Structured Products / Derivatives with Chinese language skills. Candidates already in-house should be coming from a global markets legal dept at a bank and ideally having advised on Hong Kong and Taiwan matters.
