M&A / Private Equity Associate – Top-Tier International Law Firm

I am working with a top-tier law firm that is looking to add an M&A / Private Equity lawyer to its highly regarded team due to continued growth. The team advises a wide range of large private equity firms and corporates on complex and cross-border transactions across Asia.

You will be joining a collegiate and supportive team that offers excellent training, hands-on partner involvement, and strong development opportunities. The partners are well-known in the market and remain closely engaged in mentoring and developing associates at all levels.

The ideal candidate will have between 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in M&A and/or Private Equity matters, gained from a leading international law firm. Mixed corporate candidates with excellent training and education will be considered if junior. Native English fluency is required, and Mandarin language capabilities are preferred.
