I am working with a leading US law firm that is looking to expand its growing Private Equity practice across the region. The team has been building significant momentum and works closely with colleagues across key Asian jurisdictions on a mix of high-profile transactions.
The scope of work covers Public and Private M&A, Private Equity, Real Estate PE, and Distressed M&A transactions. The practice advises a range of top-tier private equity firms, financial sponsors, and multinational corporates on complex cross-border deals.
The ideal candidate will have between 3–6 years’ post-qualification experience, with solid M&A and Private Equity experience gained from a leading international firm. The team offers strong partner access, a collaborative environment, and excellent training and development opportunities.
A good command of Mandarin is essential for this role, ideally at a native or near-native level.
