We are instructed on an opportunity with a global high-frequency trading firm that is expanding its Asia legal presence with the hire of its first lawyer in Hong Kong.
The role will work closely with the business, with support from the global legal team in other jurisdictions, as the firm continues to grow its already impressive operations in the region. The role offers broad exposure across transactional and regulatory matters throughout Asia, including the PRC.
This is an excellent opportunity for a mid to senior level lawyer seeking a challenging role in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements
• Strong equity derivatives experience is essential
• Minimum 15+ years’ PQE, with training at a top-tier international law firm
• Prior experience at a buy-side firm preferred, although candidates from the sell-side will also be considered
