We are working on an exciting opportunity with a leading international hedge fund looking hire a senior lawyer in Singapore.
The firm has experienced significant growth and success across Asia in recent years. This position will serve as the primary legal contact in Singapore, covering the APAC region.
The role offers a broad remit, encompassing transactional matters, regulatory advisory work, and day-to-day legal support for the business.
The position offers significant autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to play a key role in supporting a sophisticated investment platform within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
Requirements
- 12+PQE having trained at a top tier law firm
- Currently in a role with a leading buyside/sellside firm covering a broad scope of work, or specialising in hedge fund work in private practice
- Regulatory advisory and Derivatives trading experience not essential but useful
- Comfortable providing practical, commercially focused legal advice in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, balancing legal risk with business objectives.
