We are working with a well-established international law firm that is seeking to hire an IPO Senior Associate or Counsel to join its thriving corporate practice in Hong Kong. The firm offers a strong platform, steady deal flow, and excellent long-term growth prospects.
The team is led by a highly regarded partner with deep connections across the PRC and the wider region. While the focus of the role is IPO and capital markets work, the team also handles M&A and listed company compliance matters, providing exposure to a broad range of corporate transactions.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years’ post-qualification experience in IPO or capital markets transactions, gained from reputable international or top-tier local firms, PRC firms, or international law firms. Mandarin language capabilities are required, and the firm is open to considering both Hong Kong- or US-qualified lawyers.
