We are working with a top-tier international law firm, recognised as a market leader in the Private Equity Funds space, that is looking to hire a PE Funds Associate to join its high-performing team in Hong Kong.
The team advises some of the largest asset managers globally on complex private equity fund formation matters, including coverage of secondaries transactions. You will gain excellent exposure to sophisticated cross-border work and benefit from extensive hands-on training provided by experienced partners and senior lawyers.
The firm is open to candidates between NQ and 3 years’ PQE, ideally with strong funds training. For newly qualified lawyers, at least one seat in PE fund formation is required.
Fluency in any Asian language is desirable but not mandatory, but native or near-native fluency in English is required for this role.
