We are instructed on an opportunity with an international private equity firm who are hiring for their legal team in Hong Kong.
This role offers exposure across Asia, with a particular focus on transactions in the real estate, infrastructure, and data centre sectors.
It is an excellent opportunity for a mid to senior lawyer who enjoys leading transactions from inception to completion and working closely with senior business stakeholders and global decision-makers based in Hong Kong.
Requirements:
– 10-15 years’ PQE with a strong background in M&A and private equity
– Training from a leading international law firm
– Significant experience advising on transactions in the real estate, infrastructure, and/or data centre sectors is essential
– Prior in-house experience is advantageous but not required
