We are exclusively retained by our client, an institutional Hong Kong conglomerate, seeking a senior lawyer to head up the legal team, focusing on property matters. The opportunity will offer exposure to all aspects of property development, from the perspective of landlord and tenants, across non-contentious and contentious matters. The position will manage a team, reporting to the General Counsel.
Requirements include:
• 15+ years PQE
• Experience in a broad range of property matters
• Ability to manage a team, in addition to external and internal stakeholders
