Ashford Benjamin are working with an Investment Bank who are looking to hire a Business Compliance Director to join their Singapore compliance team. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced FIC Markets Compliance specialist to join a growing function, providing broad regional exposure across Asia and working closely with key business stakeholders.
The successful candidate will provide Compliance advisory coverage to the Asia FICC business. Responsibilities will include providing regulatory guidance to the business, supporting new initiatives, advising on market conduct matters, overseeing regulatory change implementation, and partnering with stakeholders across the region to strengthen the Compliance framework.
To be considered for this opportunity, you should have circa 12+ years of relevant Compliance experience gained within an investment banking environment, a strong knowledge of FIC products, and good understanding of MAS regulations and regulatory risk management.
