We are working with a top-tier US law firm that is looking to hire a Junior Private Equity Funds Associate to join its leading PE Funds practice in Hong Kong. The team advises on high-quality fund formation and related private funds matters for a strong client base of private equity sponsors and asset managers.
The firm is open to considering newly qualified lawyers who have completed at least one seat in PE Funds and are looking to specialise in this area, as well as junior lawyers with existing PE Funds experience from another top-tier practice.
The ideal candidate will be NQ–2 years’ PQE, with strong training and excellent academic credentials. Candidates qualified in Hong Kong, England & Wales, or Australia are preferred.

Mandarin language capabilities are preferred for this role.
