We are working with a top-tier US law firm that is looking to hire an M&A / Private Equity Associate to join its Singapore office. The team is market-leading and advises a range of top-tier private equity platforms on high-value and cross-border transactions across the region.
The role will involve working closely with leading partners and senior lawyers on private equity transactions, public and private M&A, and other corporate matters. The team offers strong deal exposure, a high-quality client base, and the opportunity to work on complex regional and international mandates.
The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years’ PQE in M&A and/or Private Equity, gained from a leading international, US, or top-tier local law firm. Singapore-qualified lawyers are preferred, although candidates qualified in other common law jurisdictions or the US will also be considered.
