We are instructed on an opportunity with a reputable full-licensed financial institution who are keen to hire a compliance specialist in Hong Kong.
The role is responsible for providing compliance advisory to fund businesses, reviewing and approving marketing materials, monitoring rules and regulations updates, identifying potential compliance risks, liaising with regulatory authorities, establishing effective compliance programs, and implementing compliance frameworks and procedures. Experience in investment compliance would be an advantage.
Candidates must have over 3 years of experience in compliance covering asset management business, a solid understanding of private funds, and SFC type 1,4,9 rules, and regulations. Chinese is essential.
