We are instructed on an opportunity with a reputable asset manager who is eager to hire a senior compliance specialist in Hong Kong.
This is an exciting opportunity for Compliance Specialists to join the growing platform with global exposure. The role is responsible for providing compliance advisory to fund businesses, identifying rules and regulation updates, establishing effective compliance programs, implementing compliance frameworks and procedures, and overseeing general compliance matters.
Candidates must have at least 13 years’ experience in compliance advisory covering global markets or funds business. Solid understanding of SFC type1,4,9 rules, and regulations. Exposure in China rules and regulations would be an advantage.
