A top-tier international law firm in Hong Kong is looking for a senior Banking & Finance Lawyer, with 4+ PQE. You will advise on a wide range of financing matters, including general banking, leveraged & acquisition finance, and funds finance. Prior experience in all areas is not required, as there will be training provided.
More senior lawyers will be considered for a Counsel level role.
The ideal candidate will be either Hong Kong or Common Law qualified with experience gained at a top-tier law firm. Chinese language capabilities, although nice to have, are not mandatory.
The role sits in a large team and works closely with the hiring partner. There is plenty of support, and it will give the lawyer the opportunity to work in an inclusive and collaborative environment.
