We are working with a market-leading Offshore law firm that is looking to hire a mid-level Banking & Finance lawyer to join its Hong Kong office. The firm has a strong reputation for its high-quality financing work, exceptional culture, and impressive retention rates across its global offices.
The role will cover a broad range of matters, including general banking, structured finance, fund finance, and other financing transactions. The partners leading the practice come from top-tier backgrounds and regularly advise on some of the largest and most complex deals in the region.
