We are representing several global trading firms hiring C++ engineers across trading technology and infrastructure. Opportunities cover automated trading, exchange connectivity, real-time market data, and core platform development. These are hands-on positions focused on building reliable, high-performance systems, with scope to influence technical design and own delivery through to production. Depending on the team, you will partner with traders, researchers, and infrastructure engineers, with some senior positions also offering technical leadership and mentoring responsibilities.
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong professional experience developing production systems in modern C++, ideally on Linux
• Sound understanding of concurrency, memory management, networking, and operating systems
• Track record of building performance-sensitive, real-time, or high-throughput applications
• Confident debugging complex systems, profiling performance, and resolving production issues
• Experience in trading systems, market data, or exchange connectivity is valuable; selected roles also welcome strong engineers without finance experience
• Ownership of software delivery, with a disciplined approach to testing, code quality, and reliability
• Clear communication and collaboration skills; design leadership and mentoring experience are valued for senior openings.
