The role is responsible for providing compliance advisory to fund businesses, identifying rules and regulation updates, establishing effective compliance programs, implementing compliance frameworks and procedures, and overseeing general compliance matters.
Candidates must have at least 4 years’ experience in compliance covering fund business. Solid understanding of SFC type1,4,9 rules, and regulations. Candidates with coming from Big 4 background with compliance advisory experience will be considered.
