The ideal candidate will
- Have 1–3 years’ PQE from a reputable international or leading local law firm
- Possess strong academics
- Have experience across a broad range of corporate transactions, including IPOs and M&A
- Demonstrate excellent drafting, communication and client management skills
- Be commercially minded and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
