Counterparty Credit Risk Management – VP/Director

We are mandated on a middle to senior level counterparty credit risk role with one of the leading financial institutions in Hong Kong

Job Description

• Prepare credit files and write ups and review credit limit applications
• Review and assign appropriate internal credit rating, credit exposures deriving from OTC transactions
• Assist in review and negotiation of credit terms within Master agreements (i.e. ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA)
• Responsible for credit and management reports and credit exposures monitoring
• Monitor for adverse news which could potentially deteriorate counterparty / issuer credit quality

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant counterparty credit risk/ traded credit risk management experience in Financial institutions
• Possess good knowledge of financial products (i.e. Equities, Futures & Options, FICC, OTC derivatives)
• Familiar with ISDA, GMRA and related agreements
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
