We are working on an exciting opportunity with an international hedge fund that is expanding its well-established legal presence in Asia. The role involves advising on a broad range of trading and financing agreements, including Derivatives, Prime Brokerage and Securities Lending. This is a high-visibility position within a global legal team based in Hong Kong.
Our client is seeking a mid to senior lawyer with at least 10+ years of post-qualification experience in sales and trading, ideally from a leading international financial institution. Lawyers currently in private practice will also be considered, provided they have relevant experience. Candidates must have a strong commercial mindset, sound business acumen and the ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
