We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Electronic Trading Application Support professional to join their dynamic Singapore team.
Please note: Experience with FlexTrade, Bloomberg TSOX/Tradebook, Broadridge (Ullink/Itiviti), Fidessa (ION), Trading Technologies (TT), Liquidnet, Charles River Development (FIS), Portware (FactSet), Symphony, MarketAxess, Tradeweb or similar trading platforms is highly preferred for this role.

Job Purpose:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for a sophisticated electronic trading environment. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical expertise in front-office trading systems, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
MUST have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Front Office (FO) electronic trading application support.
MUST currently hold an AVP or equivalent title and level of experience.
Highly preferred: Hands-on experience with one or more of the following third-party vendor systems:
o FlexTrade
o Bloomberg TSOX & Tradebook
o Broadridge (Ullink/Itiviti)
o Fidessa (ION)
o Trading Technologies (TT)
o Liquidnet
o Charles River Development (FIS)
o Portware (FactSet)
o Symphony
o MarketAxess (for fixed income)
o Tradeweb (for rates & credit)
• Business fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred to collaborate effectively with regional users and head office teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Platform & Venue Configuration: Manage and maintain configuration across all supported venues and systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
Application Support: Provide expert-level L1/L2 support for the eMarkets platform, responding quickly to issues and service requests in line with governance standards.
Business Engagement: Act as a primary liaison between IT and Front Office teams, translating business needs into technical actions and solutions.
Operational Resilience: Ensure system robustness and contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
Project Participation: Participate in IT and business projects involving application support, implementation, and functional/user acceptance testing (FAT/UAT).
Knowledge Management: Create, maintain, and update support documentation and contribute to a centralized knowledge base.
On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical production issues outside of standard business hours.
Experience & Educational Requirements:
• University degree in Computer Science or a relevant IT field.
• Minimum of 5 years of prior industry experience within the banking/financial services sector, with at least 3 years dedicated to Front Office trading support.
• Proven experience working with international cross-functional teams.
• Strong track record in managing key incidents and conducting root cause analysis.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
Knowledge, Technical Skills & Expertise:
• Strong understanding of the technology life cycle (SDLC), technology operations, and business continuity.
• In-depth business knowledge of Front Office eTrading and Operations.
• Proficiency in SQL, UNIX/Linux, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a trading environment.
