This role offers broad exposure across the full fund lifecycle, including fund formation, structuring, distribution, regulatory and corporate matters. This hire will work closely with senior business stakeholders and key decision-makers on an international scale, providing strategic legal support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements
* 5–10 years’ PQE, trained at a top-tier Singapore or international law firm
* Experience advising on private equity, venture capital, real estate, or hedge fund formation
* In-house experience is advantageous but not essential
* Commercially astute, pragmatic, and willing to take a hands-on approach in supporting a growing business
