We are exclusively retained on a search for a General Counsel by a major international conglomerate, to be based in Hong Kong.
Our client is an instantly recognisable brand that covers a broad range of businesses, including property, retail, and logistics.
They are seeking a General Counsel to manage a sizeable legal team, covering all aspects of the client’s business in Hong Kong and the other areas in which it operates.
You will have experience as a senior lawyer within a large, complex organisation, or as a Partner from a law firm. The work will cover a very broad range of corporate commercial legal issues, as well as regulatory issues.
