I am working with a leading international law firm that is seeking to appoint an experienced IPO Partner to join its established Corporate team in Hong Kong. This hire is part of a strategic growth initiative supported by senior management, with the Hong Kong IPO and capital markets space identified as a key area of focus for the firm.
The successful candidate will join a well-resourced platform with an existing client base across Hong Kong and Greater China. The firm offers a strong regional and international network, and dedicated business development support to assist in expanding your practice further.
The ideal partner will bring a portable book of business of around USD 1 million or more and an established track record in equity capital markets, including Hong Kong IPOs. Experience with sponsor-side and issuer-side mandates will be highly valued.
