They are currently seeking a talented junior to midlevel lawyer to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a highly regarded partner known for not only their extensive scope of work but also for fostering a cohesive and collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will have foundational training from a top-tier law firm, with strong experience in M&A and Private Equity matters. While the partner values relevant experience, they are also committed to training and mentoring lawyers who are eager to expand their knowledge and skills in this area.
As the firm is actively expanding its footprint in Asia, this role offers strong development prospects and the chance to be involved in exciting cross-border transactions.
The ideal candidate would be between 3-6PQE; although Chinese language capabilities are advantageous, they are not mandatory. Experience in minority investments or buyouts is desirable.
