We are instructed on an opportunity with a growing hedge fund expanding their legal team reporting to the Legal Counsel, working alongside the General Counsel and Co-Chief Operating Officer. This person will support the investment activities of the firm, assisting end-to-end processes for trading account and setup across all funds and SPVs.
Requirements include:
• Paralegal with minimum 2 years’ experience with trading account opening and/or KYC/AML exercise preferably from a buy-side investment firm
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• Business-level English, Cantonese, Mandarin
