We are instructed on an exciting opportunity for a banking and finance lawyer to join a global financial institution in Singapore. The role sits within a strong team of lending lawyers who are based in Singapore / Hong Kong and support the APAC banking business on a wide range of transactions. This hire will be brought onboard to be the SME for Debt Finance / Fund Finance, however, they will also have exposure to a broad scope of other lending work.
This is an great opportunity for a mid-level lawyer that is looking to transition in-house into a role with excellent visibility across Asia covering a broad scope of work. Candidates should ideally be 4+PQE coming from a local or international law firm in Singapore. Mandarin skills are advantageous.
