Our client, a leading regional financial institution, is seeking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel to serve as the main legal point of contact in their Singapore office. This is an opportunity to gain broad exposure advising on a range of transactions across the Investment Banking and Global Markets businesses, including ECM, DCM, M&A, Structured Products, and Derivatives.
As the Senior Legal Counsel in Singapore, you will be an integral part of the firm’s legal team, providing high-quality legal support across a broad spectrum of transactions and regulatory matters. You will advise internal stakeholders across the IBD and Global Markets businesses, working on complex and high-value transactions, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.
Candidates should ideally be a minimum of 6+PQE with experience in IBD or Global Markets. Senior candidates will be considered for an ED level position. Business level Chinese language skills are highly advantageous.
