We are instructed on a newly created role with a top-tier global financial institution that is expanding its legal team in Hong Kong. This new hire will join a lean but high-performing legal team responsible for advising the business on M&A, ECM, and DCM transactions. The role will focus primarily on public M&A transactions, with occasional exposure to private M&A and capital markets matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a 4–9 PQE lawyer seeking to transition in-house or for an existing in-house counsel looking to join a leading global platform.
Candidates must come from a top-tier international law firm background (4-8PQE), with substantial public M&A experience (constituting at least 50% of their current workload).
