We are instructed on an opportunity with a top-tier global private equity firm who are expanding its legal team in Hong Kong. Our client has an AUM in excess of US$45bn with investments across a broad variety of sectors including but not limited to financial services, healthcare, tech, and entertainment. Due to exceptional business growth, they are looking to hire an additional lawyer in Hong Kong to advise the business on high-value, big-ticket transactions.
Candidates must be 4-8PQE and come from a top tier Corporate practice with experience in M&A / Downstream Private Equity transactions or from another global buy-side firm running deals.
