We are instructed on a unique opportunity with a global venture capital firm that is expanding its legal team in Hong Kong.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level lawyer looking to transition in-house. The role is highly visible, and the successful candidate will be a key lawyer supporting a fast-growing and highly successful business focused on Series A and Series B investments across Asia. The firm is well known for its strong culture and supportive working environment, with exceptionally low attrition rates.
Essential Requirements
- Between 3-6 years of PQE
- Trained, qualified and practiced in a transactional corporate role at a top-tier international law firm
- Experience advising on VC investments at Series A and Series B stage
- Commercially savvy, comfortable dealing with senior business stakeholders and capable of managing own workload without close supervision
