We’re working with a well-regarded firm seeking a mid-level lawyer to join its growing team. This is a great opportunity for a versatile lawyer who enjoys working across a mix of employment, corporate/commercial, and IP matters.
The Role:
- Advise on a broad range of employment, corporate/commercial, and intellectual property issues
- Handle matters with a good degree of autonomy, including direct client contact
- Work closely with a supportive and collaborative team on both advisory and transactional work
- Play a key role in delivering practical, commercially focused solutions to clients
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Mid-level PQE (2-5PQE) from a reputable firm
- Bring experience across employment, corporate/commercial, and ideally some IP exposure
- Are confident working independently with minimal supervision
- Possess strong drafting, communication, and client management skills
- Are adaptable, commercially minded, and keen to take ownership of their work
