Mid-Level M&A Opportunity – Top-tier US Law Firm

I am working with tier-1 M&A/PE team that are currently looking to add to their team due to an uptick in their pipeline of work.
The team engages in complex cross-border transactions, which include Acquisitions, Exits, Buyouts, PIPE Transactions, and a variety of other PE related transactions.

Their client include some of the largest PE Funds by AUM, and other large financial institutions. A lot of the work they’re currently undertaking is pan-Asian with deals in Japan, India, South Korea, and other South East Asian jurisdictions.

You will have between 2-6 years’ post qualified experience and have solid experience in handling M&A and PE transactions, and ideally coming from a leading US or Magic Circle Law Firm.

Fluency in English is required, Chinese language skills are not required for this role, as always this would be a bonus.
