I am working with leading international law firm in Hong Kong that is looking to expand it’s Restructuring & Insolvency practice with the addition of a mid-senior lawyer.
The team covers a mix of non-contentious and contentious matters. Working with a mix of creditors, debtors, and PE Firms on distressed debt and special situations work.
They are looking for a lawyer coming from another top practice, training is provided hence they are happy to consider lawyers coming from either a contentious or non-contentious background. Chinese language capabilities are ideal, however, not mandatory.
