Quant Developer – Python – Global Quantitative Trading Firm

Role Overview

We are seeking Python Quantitative Developers to join the both Equities and Crypto desk as a key member of the team. You will be responsible for building and enhancing the core technology stack for systematic trading, focusing on front-office systems that power algorithmic trading strategies. This role involves working closely with traders and quants to roll out, support, and automate 24/7 trading operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Core Development: Build and enhance the core technology stack for systematic crypto trading.
• Front-Office Systems: Develop front-office systems for algorithmic trading, including PMS, risk engine, reconciliation, and connectivity.
• Trading Support: Work with traders and quants to roll out, support, and automate 24/7 trading strategies.
• Architecture: Design clean architecture and leverage state-of-the-art tools and components.
• Innovation: Bring new ideas and experiment with emerging technologies. 

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience Level: 2–15 years of professional experience.
• Core Language: Strong Python skills.
• Code Quality: Very high standards in code quality and good development practices.
• Application Knowledge: Experience with real-time, robust, scalable, and quantitative applications.
• System Architecture: Ability to architect high-throughput end-to-end systems.
• Collaboration: Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• DevOps: Experience with DevOps and CI/CD (AWS advantageous).

Nice-to-Have:

• C++ experience.
