We are working with a leading Hong Kong law firm that is seeking to add an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to their growing property practice. The team handles a broad range of real estate transactions across residential, office, and industrial developments.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ post-qualification experience in Project Conveyancing and General Conveyancing transactions. You should be familiar with working on Consent Schemes and, ideally, Non-Consent Schemes. Experience with DMC drafting, first-hand sales, and second-hand acquisitions is required.
The successful candidate must be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English is essential for this role.
