We’ve been exclusively mandated on an opportunity with an international bank seeking a retail and authorised funds lawyer with experience trustee and fiduciary matters across the Hong Kong market. This individual will lead complex projects requiring expert legal advice on trustee and fiduciary matters for Hong Kong SFC-authorised funds, negotiate bespoke client transactions across fund administration and ancillary products, and support new product template development.
We are seeking candidates with:
• Minimum 8+ PQE with trustee and funds experience
• Candidates with MPF or ORSO exposure will be prioritised
• Strong track record of managing number of complex and bespoke requests across a range of transactions and projects
