Our client, a well-established listed corporation headquartered in Hong Kong is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join the legal department.
The ideal candidate would be a Hong Kong qualified senior corporate lawyer, 7+ PQE with solid background in Hong Kong listing rules compliance. Prior experience working in-house is required. The role offers a very broad exposure and is the key point of contact to different stakeholders of the business. The candidate needs to have excellent written and spoken English and Chinese language skills.
