We are working with a top-tier law firm that is looking to hire a Senior M&A / Private Equity lawyer to join its highly regarded corporate team in Hong Kong.
The team has strong relationships with some of the largest private equity platforms in the market and advises on a wide range of high-value cross-border M&A and Private Equity transactions. You will be working closely with leading partners on sophisticated sponsor-side and corporate mandates across the region.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong M&A / Private Equity practice, with excellent technical training and experience handling complex transactions. Candidates should be confident managing deal processes, supervising junior lawyers, and working directly with clients.
Native English fluency and Mandarin language capabilities are required for this role.
